You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 10 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with its packaging and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. Additionally, you must include the retail receipt. The return will only be accepted via courier and only after the company's approval.
In the case of a return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand, with the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand with the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we receive the products. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated in full or by a corresponding deposit to his bank account.
